Olympia is currently developing over a half-million square feet of hotel and commercial space with more than 300,000 SF delivered in the last 18 months.

The Hilton Hotel Corp. honored The Olympia Companies by awarding them the Deal of the Year in 2003 for their Hilton Garden Inn project located in Portland's downtown waterfront area. This award recognized the property as the most challenging new development of the year for the brand.
